Terms and Conditions for Lucky Draw:
1. Eligibility: This lucky draw is open to all individuals who are 18 years of age or older. Employees of the company organizing the lucky draw and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
2. Entry: To enter the lucky draw, participants must registered as Hap2py member and invest at least RM1,000 to earn one entry before 31 Dec 2023 . Entry per person is unlimited. The more entry the participants own, the higher the chance to win.
3. Prize: The prize is a free flight ticket and trip to a destination chosen by the company organizing the lucky draw. The prize includes round-trip airfare, accommodation, and activities as per the itinerary.
4. Draw: The winner will be chosen randomly by the company organizing the lucky draw from all eligible entries received by 5th Jan 2024. The winner will be notified by phone within 7 days of the draw date.
5. Claiming the Prize: To claim the prize, the winner must respond within 14 days of notification and provide their full name, address, and a valid form of identification. If the winner fails to respond within 14 days, the prize will be forfeited, and another winner will be chosen.
6. Travel Dates: The winner must travel on the dates specified by the company organizing the lucky draw. Which is June to Sep 2024. No changes or alterations will be allowed once the travel itinerary has been confirmed.
7. Insurance: The winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary travel insurance, including medical insurance, before embarking on the trip.
8. Liability: The company organizing the lucky draw will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by the winner or any other person during the trip. The winner will be required to sign a release of liability before embarking on the trip.
9. Publicity: The winner agrees to allow the company organizing the lucky draw to use their name and likeness for publicity purposes related to the lucky draw, without any compensation or further approval.
10. Disqualification: The company organizing the lucky draw reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
11. Privacy: Any personal information collected during the lucky draw will be used solely for the purpose of administering the lucky draw and will be subject to the company's privacy policy.
By entering this lucky draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
